​What is breathwork? 

Put simply, it's a transformational experience.  Breathing is innate in who we are.  Without breath there is no life.  How we breath can either cleanse or hold onto toxicity.  Energy can become toxic and stuck in the body, through breathwork releasing these old emotions aids in opening awareness allowing for healing in mind, body and spirit.  

While there are many different forms of breathwork and breathing exercises, what we have found the most accessible is connected conscious breathing coupled with other techniques to offer an incredible opening for a life changing experience.

Who can benefit from breathwork?  Everyone!

Breathwork explained through the of eyes of experience...

"Intentional breathing is something I do daily and teach my clients. 
This though is another thing completely.

For 25 minutes I sank deeper and deeper into my body by taking deep belly breaths. At first I resisted the sensations, then let go, resisted again, then let in. 
I hit a wall and Cari was there to say, “What’s stopping you?”... More than once she said, “You’ve got this. Keep showing up for yourself, Michelle.” She had my permission to put one hand on my belly and one on my chest as the air rose and fell from me. I moved from the fear of her feeling the softness of my belly, seeing weird looks on my face, and hearing unusual sounds come out of me, to finally fully leaning into her loving support. I embraced my own vulnerability.

Ultimately I was afraid to connect with my body in a deeper way. I thought, “What if I touch pain or even scarier, what if I meet a new desire? I might even die!? This is so hard! Yep, I’m gonna die. Who breathes like this!? You’re being ridiculous, lot’s of people have done this Michelle. What if I get too wild!? Is it really safe to be this IN my body? I’m scared..it’s not safe.” 
The subconscious mind is funny that way. We were both in Theta and she quickly downloaded me with the feeling of safety straight from Source. 
At her suggestion I stopped thinking so much and dropped into breathing. 
Consistent, patterned breathing, much like life support. 
Eventually what occurred was an incredible buzzing energy that ran through my limbs.
I wanted more. 
I was tired but energized.

Something was happening, it was transformational. Nothing scary or wild happened at all, unless you consider sweat and tears wild. 
Bliss became so very palpable. 
This is bliss. 
This is self love on a whole new level. 
“I’m finally here,” I thought “I’ve finally arrived fully in my body.”
I was overcome with gratitude.
Gratitude for my body and breath.
Gratitude for my friend for holding space for me.
Gratitude for life and existence on this plane.
I had been waiting for this moment my entire life. 
I know it sounds dramatic, I’m okay with that, I assure you, for me it was. 
I purged old stagnation and surrendered to a surge of new life. 
I’m ecstatic!
I’m eager to discover what else awaits me as I continue to really breathe."
